You can take a lake cruise or a scenic helicopter flight, try your hand at heli-skiing, or fishing in many of the surrounding lakes and rivers. Alternatively, a walk to Rob Roy Glacier in the stunning Mt Aspiring National Park or walk with the locals up Mt Iron might be more your thing.
