The villa is a warm, welcoming space, filled with modern facilities and situated in beautiful park like grounds with mountain views. Sun & light floods into the villa and there is plenty of space on either of the 2 entertainment decks where you can enjoy one of our Central Otago beautifully crafted wines.

The bedrooms are spacious; The main bedroom (with ensuite) has a king bed and the second bedroom, also upstairs has 2 x king single beds. Downstairs has a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 x king single beds. Each room has its own thermostat heater.
The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. And there is third separate powder room for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped along with modern comforts of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cook top and electric oven. Wanaka township & the lake is a short 5 minute drive away. If hiking or biking is your thing then your in for a treat as you have direct access to trails, lake rides and a variety of walks or you may enjoy wine trails and tastings….either way you wont be short on things to do and see in beautiful Wanaka.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide infant bedding for this property, so please consider this when considering booking.

Please note, Airbnb does not consider infants to be guests (when counting numbers) and will allow you to book this property if any infants accompanying you take your guest numbers to higher than 8 guests. Unfortunately, our council regulations prohibit us from exceeding this number, including infants. If you do book for more than 8 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and you will need to incur any fees we get charged.
