Parking is available outside the garage for both a car and boat as well as street parking. All linen & towels are provided for your convenience, as well as some consumables to get you started on your stay.

The spa MUST BE requested 10 days prior to your arrival & paid for 7 days BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. The spa is NOT AVAILABLE on any instant bookings arriving within a 96 hour period of booking.

Please note, Airbnb does not consider infants to be guests (when counting numbers) and will allow you to book this property if any infants accompanying you take your guest numbers to higher than 7 guests. Unfortunately, our council regulations prohibit us from exceeding this number, including infants. If you do book for more than 7 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and you will need to incur any fees we get charged.
