Property Information
You’ll love this large spacious family home with 4 large bedrooms split over 2 levels. The home offers the perfect mix of location, views, comfort and warmth. The open plan living area benefits from both the heat pump to keep you warm and cozy in winter, and the bi-fold opening doors that open onto the outdoor deck to enjoy a glass of Central's famous Pinot Noir or maybe a cheeky Rose in summer. The spacious kitchen has all the modern conveniences you'll need, so you’ll find entertaining a breeze.
All four spacious bedrooms offer comfortable new beds and bedding. The master bedroom lies off the upstairs dining area and has a King bed with ensuite, walk-in robe and a large study workstation hidden behind double doors. On the same level off the lounge lies bedroom 2 offering a Queen bed and plenty of space to become a second lounge for the kids. Downstairs you'll find bedroom 3 with a Queen bed and a single and opposite is bedroom 4 offering 2 King singles. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and are warm and comfortable with wall panel heaters and wardrobes (except bed 2). Each floor has a powder room and in the downstairs bathroom, you'll find a shower and bath. The large double garage provides 2 parking spaces and houses the washing machine and dryer, though during summer months the garage is unavailable - there are 2 spaces to use in the driveway in front of the garage. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience, along with unlimited WiFi and both heating and air-conditioning. This home is bound to tick all the right boxes for your holiday plans.

Local Area
Kings Drive is an established leafy suburb of Wanaka, located 5 minutes drive from Wanaka's town center. Wanaka offers a wide variety of activities to do. Take a lake cruise or a scenic helicopter flight, try your hand at heli-skiing, or fishing in many of the surrounding lakes and rivers. Alternatively, a walk to Rob Roy Glacier in the stunning Mt Aspiring National Park or a walk with the locals up Mt Iron might be more your thing. Dingleburn Safari and Puzzling World with its maze and illusion room offer further entertainment options for children, as do Wanaka's 2 quirky unique movie theaters. If it’s more of a relaxing holiday you’re after, picnics on the Clutha River or Lakefront or a wine tour of the local vineyards are all a stone’s throw away. Wanaka's airport is 9km away and Queenstown's airport is only an hour’s drive via the stunning Crown Range. And of course, in winter, hit the slopes just a short drive away at the local ski fields: Cardrona, Treble Cone, or the Snow Farm. This beautifully appointed home really is a wonderful base for that perfect holiday/staycation or workcation!
