What to expect

All of our homes are fully-furnished and fully equipped with cooking amentities, hotel-quailty linen & towels, and all the necessites to ensure you have a fantastic stay.

Quality-assured cleaning

We pride ourselves on the high level of cleanliness we offer in all our properties. We ensure the highest possible standard is upheld by every one of our cleaners and ourselves.

Attention to detail

We understand how important it is for everything to be perfect, down to the very finest detail, to ensure you have a perfect stay.

Hotel-grade linen and towels

We hire our linen and towels from companies that supply to hotels, and constantly assess the quality, rejecting any imperfection.

Wifi in every property

All our properties have free, and in most cases fast and unlimited, wifi for you to enjoy during your stay so you don’t need to hotspot.

Additional services 

Our guest communication portal allows you to communicate directly with us so we can direct you in the best possible way for any queries or information you may need, such as inquiries around hiring infant gear, sporting equipment etc.

Local recommendations

We have a wealth of knowledge and the Wanaka app is a great place to get some ideas for your stay.  

Prompt response time

We pride ourselves on responding to your queries in a timely manner. Our guest communication portal DUVE is our main source of communication with our guests. We are also contactable by phone or email if the need arises.

Fully-equipped kitchen

All of our properties are completely self-contained, with fully equipped kitchens with the exception of some studios with kitchenettes or no cooking facilities. This will be stated on the listing.

Short and medium-term stays

Because our properties are fully self-contained, they are perfectly suitable for longer stays: such as ski trips. Please inquire as to time frames for longer stays.

Local friendly service

All our support is provided by local, friendly helpful staff who have called our area home for many years. Rest assured you will get specialized professional friendly service before, during and after your stay.

We have a combined wealth of knowledge in the accommodation and hospitality industry for over 27 years and understand the need to be professional in everything we do.
